It is a great way to support your mental health, make sure you are taking care of yourself, and gives you the time to do something that you truly enjoy, just for you. Here are 25 unique self care ideas to try if you’re looking for a switch up or just a way to begin a new self care routine. 


  1. Clear out your computer or phone storage.

  3. Try a restaurant you’ve never been to before, even if it’s just the diner down the street.

  6. Organize your junk drawer.
